Petal's Cottage in Gunner's Cove

Petal's Cottage was originally built as a boat shed for E Annie Proulx to hold her Lunenberg Dory and other supplies. For years we used it as a laundry room but realized it was great for a one bedroom cottage with a large 6 foot window overlooking the ocean. In 2023 we built a new cottage with one room with queen bed, private bathroom, kitchen and living room area. The cottage has a new foundation, new roof and all new appliances and furniture . There is a very Scandinavian feel to the space. Located on 12 acres of land with two other cottages. There is a beach where you are free to have a beach fire.
